A Mediterranean-Inspired Holiday Home Right On The Water’s Edge
The crisp, clean traces of the recently built Sky Backyard property right on the water’s edge of Noosa was the best blank canvas on which CLO Studios could impart their interior styling flair.
‘The bordering landscape was a substantial inspiration for the delicate earthy tones,’ suggests CLO Studios founder and artistic director, Chloe Tozer. ‘We had been impressed by the shoreline of aged-globe Italy, with earthy and colourful tones blended seamlessly collectively.’
The designers leant on area artists to anchor the new dwelling with a feeling of the location’s background and culture.
Stanislas Piechaczek’s oversized pastel work inbound links the indoor temper to the exterior tonal palette, although substantial will work woven from natural fibres by artist Stacy Madden hanging in the bed room and entry-way bring a perception of earthiness and indigenous atmosphere to the new room.
