Hello friends, do you have an upcoming cookie exchange? Today I am sharing 20 of the Best Christmas Cookie Exchange Recipes, which I have compiled from some of my favorite blogging friends, and I want to say thank you to each and every one of you guys, along with Happy Holidays! Seen above is my Peppermint Twist Iced Sugar Cookie which I made an easy 8 dozen a few years ago for a cookie exchange.

    4. Mexican Wedding Cookies also known as Russian tea cakes, these delicious powdered sugar coated cookies resembles little snowballs and are a family favorite recipe from Marty at Marty’s Musings.
    5. Chewy Vegan Ginger Cookies- if you are looking for a vegan option this holiday season check out Debra Klein’s recipe for this healthy ginger snap.

WP Recipe Maker #42005removeGingerbread JENRON DESIGNS Soft Gingerbread Cookies Course: Dessert Cuisine: American, Southern Keyword: Cookies Prep Time: 20m Cook Time: 6m Total Time: 26m Servings: 24 Cookies Author: Jennifer – Kitchen Aid Bowl Mixer – Measuring Spoons – Measuring Cups – Flour Sifter – Cookie Sheet – 3/4 cup Butter soften – 1 cup Sugar – 1/4 cup Dark Molasses – 1 Egg – 2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour Sifted – 1 tsp Baking Soda – 2 tsp Ground Ginger – 3/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves – 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt – Sugars or Frosting Decorating at End- Optional 1) In a mixer cream together butter and sugar until until it is light yellow and fluffy. 2) Add in egg and molasses, continue to mix at low speed. 3) Combine the sifted flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt; slowly add into the mixture at low speed and mix well. 4) Roll into 1-1/2-in. balls, then roll in sugar.
